Reporting and Documentation:
ABM System’s Reporting and Documentation Service provides compliance documents and visibility into your disposition program. For each customer, we provide basic documentation including an invoice and Certificate of Recycling. Records are maintained if customer copies are lost or discarded. Paper copies are available upon request. Digital records may also be generated for an additional fee.

Other documentation is available for an additional fee including an Asset Report detailing each piece’s make, model, serial, and asset tag number. We can also provide a Configuration Report detailing the equipment’s specifications such as speed of the processor, memory size, hard drive size, size of monitors, etc.

Redeployment:
ABM System’s Redeployment Service reduces new equipment purchases by extending the life of current assets. ABM System begins with full product tests and reports the results to your asset management team. Items are chosen for redeployment, remarketing, and recycling.

Our Refurbishment, Test and Repair Departments will upgrade, clean, and even install software - all to your specifications. Equipment is packed securely and may be shipped around the world. Redeployment services are available for Servers, Workstations, Desktops, Laptops, and Monitors.

Remarketing:
ABM System’s Remarketing Service provides full value recovery for non-performing, off lease, and surplus assets. Our process combines large-scale liquidations with more specialized sales of high value items to greatly minimize the production of e-waste.

Data security:
ABM System’s Erasure Service eliminates the risk of data recovery. Erasure service is available for SCSI, IDE and fiber optic drives from all equipment types. Other media types, and all failed drives are destroyed through our own destruction process. Our erasure service complies with HIPAA regulations and all applicable laws. 

Destruction:
ABM System’s Destruction Service completely destroys equipment to prevent attempts to reuse or recover data. This service may also be used to prevent recovery of proprietary parts, equipment, designs, and other information.

ABM System regularly provides destruction services for the following equipment and media: integrated circuits, magnetic tapes, magnetic disks, optical disks, memory, hard drives, etc. We can also physically destroy hard drives for complete destruction of any data on your device.

Recycling Services:
ABM System’s Recycling Service complies with all local, state and federal guidelines regulating the proper disposal of electronic waste material. (See e-waste)
ABM System’s handle most of the Computer & Electronics items. We do not accept items that contain liquids, biological, or radiological waste.

Lease Return:
ABM System’s provides reconciliation and value recovery of off-lease technology assets. The program begins with a detailed audit including asset identification, configuration, and condition. Reports are then reconciled against lease schedules.

Test and Repair:
ABM System’s Test and Repair Service upgrades, calibrates, and refurbishes an assortment of electronic equipment for remarketing or reuse. The service begins with a Test and Repair assessment. Based upon the service requirement of the customer or the value added of repair, the device may be restored or scrapped. Our repair Staff has an average of ten years of electronic engineering experience, with capabilities spanning from simple parts replacement and reconditioning to board-level repair.

Logistics:
ABM System’s operates its own trucks in the Houston-metro area. Nationally, we work with the most reliable reverse logistics companies in the world. The result is an affordable, reliable freight service our customers can rely on.

To keep costs down, ABM System will actively seek out the most competitive rate available. Services include de-installation, packing, and shipping. Logistics may also be supplemented with tracking and other security requirements. This service is scalable, from a few items up to large-scale take-backs.
